We have specific needs for our home, due to our special needs child, and Stephan took the steps to address our problems and proposed child safe features for our home. We were pleasantly surprised, as his ideas was unique and no other IDs told us about it. During the renovation process, we were glad that there is an open communication channel via whatsapp. We were informed on the work progress through photos. As we have an aggressive timeline, knowing that the renovation is progressing smoothly gives us a peace of mind. Thank you Modern Living so making our renovation process seamless.

My husband and I would like to thank Victor for designing our home. We are so happy with his work, that we referred a few of our friends who recently got their BTO.
